Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the frozen pie crust according to the directions on the package. Once baked, let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk well until fully integrated.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes until thickened into a syrupy consistency.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the strawberry jelly until well combined. Allow to cool.
  5. Layer the sliced strawberries over the cooled pie crust, then pour the cooled sugar mixture over the strawberries.
