Description

A delightful twist on classic tiramisu featuring layers of creamy mascarpone, soft bananas, and rich coffee-soaked ladyfingers, all drizzled with caramel.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl; beat gently until smooth.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gradually.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Scatter sliced bananas over the mascarpone and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with mascarpone for a beautiful top layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
