- 1 banana, sliced
- 4 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl; beat gently until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gradually.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Scatter sliced bananas over the mascarpone and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with mascarpone for a beautiful top layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
