Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, banana, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Watch for bubbles to form on the surface, indicating it’s time to flip.
- Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1–2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
