Description

Fluffy banana pancakes that are naturally sweetened and perfect for a cozy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, banana, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Watch for bubbles to form on the surface, indicating it’s time to flip.
  6. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes
