- 8–10 strips of bacon (cut in halves)
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the chicken chunks with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Wrap a chunk of the seasoned chicken with a half strip of bacon.
- Place the wrapped chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Optional: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, mustard, and chili flakes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm as an irresistible appetizer or snack.
