Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 810 strips of bacon (cut in halves)
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken chunks with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Wrap a chunk of the seasoned chicken with a half strip of bacon.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Optional: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, mustard, and chili flakes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Serve warm as an irresistible appetizer or snack.
