Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon pieces
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the ground beef and chopped onions to the skillet. Cook until the beef is fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, cream cheese, oregano, sugar-free ketchup, salt, and black pepper until the cream cheese melts.
  6. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
  7. Whisk together eggs, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl.
  8. Pour the egg mix over the beef layer in the casserole dish.
  9. Arrange dill pickle slices evenly on top.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and turkey bacon pieces over the casserole.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
