Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form a sturdy crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes, or until it turns lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  5. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in the sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top for a polished finish.
  8. Bake your pie for 15-20 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
