- Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, cowboy caviar, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form the Mixture: Gather the mixture and form it into a log shape on a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Wrap and Chill: Tightly wrap the plastic wrap around the log shape and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Final Touch: Once firm, unwrap and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve: Present it with an array of crackers or tortilla chips.
