Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly, then insert sticks into the tops.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves, then stop stirring and let it boil until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla extract and white food coloring.
- Dip each apple into the candy mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the coated apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While the candy is still wet, sprinkle edible glitter over the apples.
- Allow the apples to cool and harden before serving.
