Deliciously creamy white chocolate truffles infused with fresh raspberries, perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.

- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, pureed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the raspberry puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, add more raspberry puree.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- These truffles can also be dipped in melted chocolate for an extra layer of flavor.
