Description

			- 8 oz feta cheese
 - 1/2 cup cream cheese
 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, toss the halved strawberries with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
 - Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
 - In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Once the strawberries are done, let them cool slightly before adding them to the whipped feta mixture.
 - Blend again until combined, adjusting seasoning if necessary.
 - Serve the whipped feta with roasted strawberries on a platter, drizzled with additional honey if desired.
