    • 1 cup cooked pulled pork, shredded

    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • For the Wrappers:
    • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • For Frying:
    • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pulled pork, shrimp, green onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with a corner pointing towards you.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Use a little water to help seal the edges.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, frying in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
