Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line your cupcake trays with festive liners.
  2. Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture and milk into the batter, alternating between the two.
  7. Fill the cupcake liners two-thirds full with the batter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let your cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
