Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Add the shredded chicken and diced cucumber to the tzatziki sauce and mix well.
- Serve the chicken mixture over a bed of mixed greens.
- Garnish with additional dill if desired.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with chickpeas.
- Can be served in pita bread for a wrap.
