Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken until evenly coated in the tzatziki sauce.
- Serve the salad on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves.
- Optional: Drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
Notes
Make the tzatziki sauce a day in advance for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
