  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. In a separate pot, cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In the skillet with chicken, add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning; stir to combine.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the skillet; mix well.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
