  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin puree, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
