Ingredients

- 1 cup of diced mango
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 cup of diced kiwi
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Granola for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In serving glasses, layer the diced mango, pineapple, and kiwi.
- Add a layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the fruits.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle granola on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any tropical fruits you like.
- For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt and whipped cream with coconut yogurt and coconut whipped cream.
- Can be prepared a few hours in advance for convenience.
