  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat every piece. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
