  • 1 cup peanut sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or green leaf)
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, crunchy vegetables, and peanut sauce in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Prepare each tortilla by laying it flat and placing a crisp lettuce leaf in the center.
  3. Add a generous portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture on the lettuce leaf.
