- 4 large tortillas or wraps

Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, crunchy vegetables, and peanut sauce in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare each tortilla by laying it flat and placing a crisp lettuce leaf in the center.
