  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Spread a generous amount of the peanut sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and cilantro on top of the sauce.
  4. Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra peanut sauce if desired.
