  • 4 large tortillas

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Thai peanut sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Add shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, cucumber, cilantro, and chopped peanuts on top of the chicken.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
