- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the peanut sauce to the cooked chicken and stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions and cilantro.
