- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and diced jalapeños until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each ball in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapeños to control the spice level.
