Delicious and healthy Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps that are perfect for a light meal or appetizer.

			- 1 lb ground chicken
 - 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 cup diced bell peppers
 - 1/2 cup diced onions
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - 1 head of butter lettuce or romaine lettuce
 - Sesame seeds for garnish
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
 - Stir in diced bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
 - Pour in teriyaki sauce and mix well, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
 - Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves and garnish with sesame seeds.
 
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or water chestnuts for extra crunch.
 - For a spicier version, add some sriracha or red pepper flakes.
 - These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
