			- 4 chicken thighs
 - 1 cup plain yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 inch ginger, grated
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and salt to create the marinade.
 - Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
 - Remove chicken from the marinade and brush with vegetable oil.
 - Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
 - Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
 - Serve with naan or rice for a complete meal.
 - Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
