Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread minced garlic and chopped herbs evenly over the dough.
