- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and sweet and sour sauce.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions to the chicken mixture.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Add a handful of shredded lettuce on top of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or snap peas for extra crunch.
- For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapeños.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time; just store the wraps in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
