Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
