Description
A delightful sugar-free pepper jam that marries the heat of aji peppers with the sweetness of kiwi, perfect for spreading or glazing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup aji peppers, minced
- 1 cup kiwi, crushed (about 3–4 kiwis)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons no-sugar pectin
Instructions
- Combine the minced aji peppers and crushed kiwi in a large bowl.
- Stir in the fresh lime juice and mix well.
- Add the no-sugar pectin and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a gentle boil and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, let cool completely, and transfer to sterilized jars.
Notes
Wear gloves when handling aji peppers. Taste the mixture before it thickens to adjust heat and sweetness as desired.
