Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Blend in the flour and salt until just combined.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and chopped strawberries gently.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
