- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese with powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and crushed strawberries gently to keep it light.
- Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, melted butter, strawberry cake mix, and granulated sugar in a separate bowl until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the strawberry layer.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use Neufchâtel cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
