- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together Sriracha sauce and honey.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the Sriracha honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
- To serve, place cooked rice in bowls, top with sautéed vegetables, and add the baked salmon.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
