- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce to create the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
