Ingredients
- Puff Pastry: 1 package (17.3 oz), thawed
- Spinach: 2 cups fresh, chopped
- Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Egg: 1, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, sauté minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
