Description
Delicious meatballs made with spinach and garlic, stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- These meatballs can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
