Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the spinach until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach with crumbled feta cheese.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
- Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
