- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the chopped spinach, feta cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the egg mixture.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for later.
