- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
