Instructions
- Start by draining the pickles and patting them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and fresh dill if using.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of deli meat.
- Place a pickle at one end of the deli meat and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining pickles and deli meat.
- Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more cayenne pepper or include sliced jalapeños.
