Description
Spicy Pickle Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the tanginess of pickles with the creaminess of cheese and the kick of spices.

			- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
 - 8 large dill pickles
 - 8 slices of deli meat (ham or turkey)
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning until well combined.
 - Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of deli meat.
 - Place a pickle at one end of the deli meat and roll it up tightly.
 - Repeat with the remaining pickles and deli meat.
 - Once rolled, slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces.
 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
 
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture.
 - These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
