- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more gochujang to the marinade.
