  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
