Ingredients

- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the cheddar cheese and kimchi.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook in the skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
