- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Grill the cauliflower for about 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer the grilled buffalo cauliflower and shredded cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based cheese and butter.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
