 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika

 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a batter.
 - Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
 - Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
 - In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
 - Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture.
 - Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
 - Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
