- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice until well combined.
- Spread the pumpkin cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice, add the shredded cheese on top of the pumpkin cream cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
