Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes: 4 large, peeled and cubed
- Butter: 1/2 cup, melted

- Eggs: 2, beaten

- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.
- Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until smooth.
