  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sliced bananas with sugars and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and top with sliced bananas.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Serve warm, possibly with ice cream.
