A no-bake dessert that combines layers of chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped cream, and crunchy graham crackers, topped with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

- 9 graham crackers
- 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the pudding by whisking together the chocolate pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until well combined and free of lumps.
- Let the pudding mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Layer half of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the mini marshmallows and half of the chocolate chips over the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Chill covered with plastic wrap for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For variations, try using different flavored pudding mixes or add layers of peanut butter.
