S’mores Lasagna

Description

A no-bake dessert that combines layers of chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped cream, and crunchy graham crackers, topped with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 9 graham crackers
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the pudding by whisking together the chocolate pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until well combined and free of lumps.
  3. Let the pudding mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Layer half of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add half of the mini marshmallows and half of the chocolate chips over the pudding layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  8. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  9. Chill covered with plastic wrap for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For variations, try using different flavored pudding mixes or add layers of peanut butter.
