- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with crushed graham crackers and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer chocolate pieces evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Cool completely before lifting out of the dish and cutting into squares.
Notes
Ensure the marshmallows don’t burn; monitor closely during baking. Allow bars to cool completely to set properly.
