Description

Delightful bars encapsulating the classic s’more flavors in a portable form, featuring graham cracker crust, chocolate, and toasted marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Mix melted butter with crushed graham crackers and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Layer chocolate pieces evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Cool completely before lifting out of the dish and cutting into squares.

Notes

Ensure the marshmallows don’t burn; monitor closely during baking. Allow bars to cool completely to set properly.
