Ingredients

- 2 Bagels (plain, onion, or everything)
- 4 oz Smoked Salmon
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 leaf Lettuce (optional)
- 1 tsp Dill (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bagels until golden brown.
- Spread cream cheese generously on each bagel half.
- Layer smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Add cucumber slices and red onion artfully on top.
- Sprinkle capers over the vegetables.
- Top with lettuce leaves if using.
- Close the sandwich with the other bagel half and serve immediately.
Notes
Customize with flavored cream cheese or different veggies to suit your taste. Best enjoyed fresh but can be prepped ahead.
